Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Delivery takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 2–9 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Honey Avenue currently ships within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If delivery cannot be safely completed or the package does not fit in your mailbox, the carrier will redirect it to a nearby pickup location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79. Orders below $79 are charged a $6.99 shipping fee.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return my order?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, and fully sealed in original packaging. Unsealed packaging cannot be accepted.
Can I return clothing that has been tried on?
No. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on clothing that has been tried, worn, or has perfume or other scents.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and must choose their own shipping carrier.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Approved returns are subject to a $19 restocking fee.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Is the original shipping fee refunded?
No. If your order included a $6.99 shipping fee (orders under $79), this amount is non-refundable.

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
